Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, subscription changes, and payment-related issues are handled for purchases made through Zephy.
1. Scope
This policy applies to payments made for Zephy services, products, subscriptions, memberships, project support features, or other paid offerings made available through the website, app, or related payment links.
2. General Rule
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the point of purchase, payments made to Zephy are final and non-refundable.
This is especially important where payment relates to:
- digital access
- subscriptions already activated
- one-time digital products or features already delivered
- contribution-based support linked to restoration projects
- redeemed Green Points or processed project support actions
3. Subscription Cancellations
If Zephy offers recurring subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- cancellation will stop future renewals
- cancellation will not result in a refund for the current billing cycle
- you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period
4. When Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis only in limited situations such as:
- duplicate payment
- payment processed in error
- technical failure that prevented delivery of the purchased service and was not resolved within a reasonable period
- unauthorized transaction, subject to verification
- any other case where we decide, at our sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate
5. No Refund Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- change of mind after purchase
- failure to use the subscription or feature after purchase
- dissatisfaction based on preference rather than a service defect
- partial use of a subscription period
- redeemed or utilized digital features
- project support or contribution amounts that have already been processed or committed
- delays, updates, or modifications in project timelines or impact displays where the core transaction has already been completed
6. Contribution-Linked Features
Where a payment is made toward a restoration project, environmental initiative, or similar contribution-linked activity facilitated through Zephy, such payments may be operationally committed to third-party partners or service providers after processing.
In such cases, refunds may not be possible once the payment has been processed, allocated, or transferred.
7. Failed or Pending Transactions
If a payment fails but an amount is debited from your bank or card, the reversal timeline may depend on your payment provider, card network, or bank.
If you believe a payment issue has occurred, contact us with:
- your name
- registered email
- transaction ID
- date of payment
- amount paid
- issue summary
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a payment was made fraudulently or in error, contact us first before initiating a chargeback, where possible.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or access where fraudulent chargebacks, abusive refund requests, or misuse of payment systems is suspected.
9. How to Request Cancellation or Refund Review
To request cancellation support or a refund review, contact us at support@zephy.earth. Please include:
- full name
- registered email
- payment reference or transaction ID
- date of payment
- amount
- reason for the request
10. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method unless otherwise required.
The time taken for the refund to reflect may depend on banking systems, payment gateways, or card issuers.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
